It first starts with an idea of a shade, mixing pigments, and then the biggest part is trying to get the consistency smooth, gooey, non-sticky, and shiny.
Why did we change our packaging
We wanted to get that Bratz doll effect when applying the lipgloss and bratz are known for Lucious pouty lips.
